Tri-Point Rigging Services was formed in September 1998 when Dave, Warren and Graeme decided to combine their extensive Rigging experience and resources to provide a service in the growing area of specialised Entertainment Rigging.

The Tri-Point Directors were all career Riggers before moving into film and we have drawn from this diverse experience base to develop our Film Rigging expertise

We have provided and co-ordinated the overall Rigging for Farscape Series I, II & III, Potato Factory, Bootmen, Mars Red Planet, Moulin Rouge, Where the Wild Things Are, Ghostrider, Stealth, House of Wax, King Kong, Avatar, The Matrix Triolgy, The Pacific, The Knowing, and numerous other films and television shows.

Warren Jones was Australian Rigging Coordinator for Star Wars, Invincibles, Down & Under. Graeme Dew was Rigging Coordinator on The Quiet American, Matrix 2 & 3 and the final installment of the Star Wars prequel.

During 2000, we successfully completed numerous contracts relating to the Sydney Olympics. This work included work for NBC, OCA, SOBO, Showpower, and Ceremonies. The legacy of this for Tri-Point was the acquisition of even more Rigging Equipment and an increase in experienced personnel.
